Refund policy

Returns - Norio Kids LLC wants you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your item, you may send it back to us within 7 days of receipt for a refund. No returns will be accepted after the 7 day period. To receive a refund, your item must still be in it’s factory sealed packaging, unopened or tampered with. Since our products are made out of paper and corrugated material, out of box or repackaged items can not be returned. All shipping charges including the original cost of delivery will be the responsibility of the customer should you decide to return an item. 

Damages and Claims - Please inspect your items before signing the delivery receipt. If damage has been found, please inform the carrier and remark on the delivery paperwork. Norio Kids LLC will not warrant any damage claims that have not been noted at the point of delivery. You must contact Norio Kids LLC at info@noriokids.com within 24 hours to report damage. Damaged items must be repacked in the original packaging they came in.
